How do I purchase Hyatt Gift Cards, Hyatt Check Certificates and Hyatt Nights from Hyatt Incentive Rewards?

To begin, you must fill out our new clients request. Once completed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to let you know if you qualify for purchasing our products. If you do, a log-in to our ordering site will be provided.

What are the requirements to become a Hyatt Incentive Rewards client?

Hyatt Incentive Rewards purchasers are available to any registered business. You must be the owner or company representative authorized to make purchases on behalf of your company. Hyatt Incentive Rewards are not available to general consumers, however Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates may be purchased by anyone here.

Can Hyatt Incentive Rewards be customized with my logo or promotion?

Yes. Hyatt Nights and Hyatt Check Certificate inserts can be customized. Should you wish to co-brand the actual certificate, additional time and printing costs will be associates with your order. What is the turnaround time to products after an order has been placed?

Fulfillment of orders is processed at 1pm CST Monday through Friday. Paid orders received before 1pm CST will be processed same day. Paid orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day. Fulfillment of orders is not conducted on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holidays.

Do Hyatt Nights expire?

Yes, Hyatt Nights are valid for 15 months from the date of issuance.

Are Hyatt Incentive Rewards products transferable?

Yes. A recipient can pass them on to a friend, relative, associate, etc. to use.


Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates

Do Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates expire?

No. Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates purchased by individual consumers do not expire. Hyatt Check Certificates purchased by a business through Hyatt Incentive Rewards to expire 15 months from the date of issuance.

Are Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates transferable?

Yes. A recipient can pass them on to a friend, relative, associate, etc., to use.

What can Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates be redeemed for?

Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates are valid towards the payment of Hyatt goods and services such as lodging, food and beverage, spa services, taxes and other service fees and charges at outlets operated by Hyatt.

Where can Hyatt Gift Cards be used?

Hyatt Gift Cards are valid for use at participating Hyatt-branded hotels in North America (includes Canada), Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America. Where can Hyatt Check Certificates be used?

Hyatt Check Certificates are valid for use at participating Hyatt hotels worldwide. This includes Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Andaz, Hyatt Centric, The Unbound Collection, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Residence Club. Participating Locations.

Do I have to be a guest at the hotel to use Gift Cards or Hyatt Check Certificates?

Hyatt Gift Cards can be used whether the card holder is a guest or not of the hotel. Hyatt Check Certificates do require the holder be a guest of the hotel. Outlet charges should be charged to the guest room and the Hyatt Check Certificate used as a form of payment at time of check-out from hotel.

Do I receive Hyatt Gold Passport points when I purchase Hyatt Gift Cards or Hyatt Check Certificates?

Yes and No. Hyatt Gift Card & Hyatt Check Certificate purchases are not eligible to earn Hyatt Gold Passport points directly from Hyatt, however when using the Hyatt Credit Card from Chase, 3 points per $1 spent will be earned.

Do I receive Hyatt Gold Passport points when I redeem Hyatt Gift Cards or Hyatt Check Certificates?

Yes, when redeeming a Hyatt Gift Card or Hyatt Check Certificate, points will be earned on eligible purchases.

Can Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates be used at Marilyn Monroe Spas located at Hyatt hotels?

Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates can be redeemed for services at Marilyn Monroe Spas located at Hyatt hotels by charging the services to a guest room, then redeeming the Hyatt Gift Card or Hyatt Check Certificate at the hotel front desk. Marilyn Monroe Spas cannot accept Hyatt Gift Cards and Hyatt Check Certificates directly.

What are Hyatt Nights Certificates?

Hyatt Nights Certificates are 1-night certificates valid for use at participating Hyatt hotel locations. They are sold to business entities for the purpose of employee recognition and rewards, loyalty program rewards, incentives, gifts and more. More information.

How does a Hyatt Nights certificate holder make a reservation?

Recipients of a Hyatt Nights certificate may book certificate reservations here and follow the instructions on the certificate. Or, call Hyatt reservations (800-555-0233). Outside the U.S., call the nearest Worldwide Reservation Centre.

Does the Hyatt Nights Certificate need to be presented at the hotel?

Yes, once a reservation has been made for a Hyatt Nights certificate, the guest must surrender the certificate at check-in for the corresponding reservation.

Can a certificate recipient upgrade their accommodations?

A Standard guest room is extended to the recipient. Rooms are assigned at check-in. Suite and Concierge level upgrades are currently available only when booking on Hyatt.com.

Can I purchase Hyatt Nights Certificates for myself or as an individual gift?

As long as you own or work for a legal business entity you may purchase Hyatt Nights Certificates for business use here. Hyatt Nights are not available to individual consumers. We suggest buying Hyatt Gift Cards for yourself or others as gifts.

I’m holding a Hyatt Stay Certificate, how does it differ from Hyatt Nights?

You can redeem your Hyatt Stay Certificate the same as a Hyatt Nights Certificate. Simply follow the instructions on the certificate for booking and redemption procedures.

What is the difference in a Hyatt Nights and Hyatt Stay Certificate?

Hyatt Nights replaced Hyatt Stay Certificates. Hyatt Stay Certificates were discontinued on January 7th, 2014.

Are taxes included when using a Hyatt Nights Certificate?

Yes. All applicable taxes are included when using a Hyatt Nights, Stay, Weekend or Spa Certificate. Gratuities, resort fees and other incidentals are not included.

Do I receive Hyatt Gold Passport tier credit towards earning status when I redeem Hyatt Nights Certificates?

No. Hyatt Nights stays do not earn tier nights/stay credit, however eligible spend on incidentals will earn Hyatt Gold Passport points in accordance with the Hyatt Gold Passport program.

Hyatt Nights All Inclusive Certificates are 1-night certificates valid for up to 2 guests for use at participating Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara hotel locations. Hyatt Nights All Inclusive Certificates include a standard room, taxes and food and beverage for each night, for up to 2 guests. They are sold to business entities for the purpose of employee recognition and rewards, loyalty program rewards, incentives, gifts and more. More information.

How does a Hyatt Nights All Inclusive Certificate holder make a reservation?

Recipients of a Hyatt Nights All Inclusive Certificates may book certificate reservations here for up to two guests using special offer code listed on the certificate. If booking for more than two guests, book by phone by calling 800.555.0233 in the U.S. or 1.402.935.5307. Outside the U.S., call the nearest Worldwide Reservation Centre.

Miscellaneous

Can I change the value of my Hyatt Check Certificate or Hyatt Gift Card purchase or cancel the transaction?

We're sorry but all Hyatt Check Certificate and Hyatt Gift Card purchases are final. If you want to increase the Hyatt Check Certificate or Hyatt Gift Card value, then a new transaction will be required.

What are the shipping methods?

Shipping in the United States:
FedEx - Express Saver (not valid for AK, HI) ($6 USD)
FedEx - Two Day ($14 USD)
FedEx - Standard Overnight ($25 USD)

Shipping outside the United States:
FedEx International ($25USD) – timing varies

Shipping to a PO BOX is not permitted. Signature is required on delivery.

Can multiple certificates be combined for use during one stay?

Yes. For example, Hyatt Nights Certificates of up to five nights each can be combined for even longer stays. Or a Hyatt Check Certificate, Stay or Weekend certificate can be used for accommodations, and combined with a Hyatt Gift Card (in North America (includes Canada), Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America only) for other charges, including incidentals such as daily resort fees.
