Yes. Hyatt certificates can be customized. (There is a minimum volume order for customization.)

What types of goods and services can be obtained when redeeming Hyatt Check Certificates?
Hyatt Check Certificates are valid toward the payment of Hyatt goods and services such as lodging, food and beverage and other service fees and charges at concessions and outlets operated by Hyatt.

How does a Hyatt Stay Certificate recipient make a reservation?
To make a certificate stay reservation in the U.S., the recipient simply calls the toll-free reservation number printed on the front of the certificate. Outside the U.S., the recipient simply calls the nearest Worldwide Reservation Centre listed on the back of the applicable certificates. After the reservation is confirmed, the recipient presents the certificate(s) upon check-in.

What is the turnaround time to receive Hyatt certificates after an order has been placed?
Certificates will be processed and shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment for certificates (not including weekends and holidays). $100 Off Certificates require 10 business days.

How long are Hyatt Incentive and Promotion Certificates valid?
Hyatt Incentive and Promotion Certificates are valid for 15 months from the date of issuance.

Are Hyatt Incentive and Promotion Certificates transferable?
Yes. A recipient can pass them on to a friend, relative, associate, etc. to use.

Can a certificate recipient upgrade their accommodations?
The best available accommodations are extended to the recipient. Suite and Concierge level upgrades are currently not available.

Do Hyatt Stay and Hyatt Weekend Certificates include tax?
Yes. Hyatt Stay and Hyatt Weekend Certificates do include tax.

Do I have to be a guest at the hotel to use certificates?
Yes, with the exception of Hyatt Check Certificates which are redeemable at the time and place of purchase in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean by non-registered guests at Hyatt operated outlets and concessions.

Can Hyatt Check Certificates be used toward your final hotel bill?
Yes, Hyatt Check Certificates can be used toward payment of your accumulated folio charges upon checkout.
